Orgasms, erections, arousal, interest should not end at any age. They should be working as long as the sexual event is happening. As one gets older, one tends to have more erection problems, more desire problems, and more orgasm problems. And again, if they cause distress or bother, you need to see a specialist like a sexual medicine physician here at San Diego section. So we have this fabulous facility where we can work with you. Our visits are four hours in duration, so be prepared. These are not seven minute visits. We are anal, obsessive, compulsive and neurotic, and trying to figure out people’s sexual health issues.
