There are many types of narcissistic personality disorder. One of the things that we’re most concerned about are the malignant narcissistic personality disorder. So these are individuals that are really adversely affecting other individuals, and it’s very difficult to treat that type of a patient because the pathology is so profound that they will not actually allow you to actually come into their inner circle to actually help them. So I think these are the type of personality, malignant personality disorders are the ones that we are most afraid of and the most difficult to actually treat.
