Unfortunately, this diagnosis is relatively common. Like we’re talking about 2 to 5% of the population per se. And women tend to suffer from borderline personality disorder more than males. However, there is a link between borderline personality disorder and the narcissistic personality disorder, which tends to be more male dominated. So it’s not uncommon to see a male that suffers from narcissistic personality disorder in a relationship with a woman that suffers from borderline personality disorder.
