Treatment options for cervical radiculopathy can vary depending on the severity of the symptoms. Typically some time, rest, oral anti-inflammatory medications and a structured course of physical therapy can go a long way in reducing or resolving the symptoms of cervical radiculopathy. If cervical radiculopathy is associated with significant weakness or significant and progressive numbness, then more aggressive measures such as surgery may have to be considered.
