If you’ve had a fall or been involved in an accident and you have significant wrist pain, swelling, discoloration, or bruising, and especially if you have progressive symptoms such as loss of feeling, numbness in the fingers that seems to be getting worse, you should absolutely seek immediate medical attention. Call your doctor or go to the closest emergency room or urgent care center and make sure you get evaluated as soon as possible.
