Sheena McFarland, Ed.D., is a communications professional with more than 15 years of experience writing and editing. She spent 10 years of her career at a daily newspaper and now enjoys working in the world of higher education communications. She will serve as the chair of the Public Relations Society of America Counselors to Higher Education chapter in 2022. Sheena is an avid traveler, having visited all 7 continents, and enjoys stargazing, exploring the world of science, and spending time with her husband, James, and their Jack Russel terrier, Amber. Sheena is a Utah resident and a rabid fan of the Major League Soccer team Real Salt Lake.
