This is a simple app, assisting you in deep breathing exercises to reduce your stress and anxiety. You are able to modify the inhalation and exhalation to your own breath lengths but that is the only personalization feature. There is a “learn section” which provides explanations of the effects of stress and breath work on the body but it is very basic. If you are looking to just hone your breathing skills, this could be a good option, just don’t expect much more.
