great app with great information. Helps you understand why you may be constipated and gives you real information. It explains what constipation is and myths about constipation. Gives you ideas to manage your constipation.
Love how easy the information is to read
The letters are kind of small, hard for me to read without my glasses!

This app is everything I always needed in my life! I didn’t know there were apps for this kind of problem until I stumbled upon this good surprise, and learnt much more than you might believe about constipation, fibbers, and the gastrointestinal system. Recommend it for people who suffer or, as in my case, have suffered with constipation.
