The guided meditations cover a diverse range of topics from flying anxiety to body scan. I appreciate the more longitudinal offering of a 30 day mindfulness course but this requires purchase for day 6 onward. There is a personalized feature to track how many meditations you've completed and hours, but nothing connecting this to your feelings or emotions pre or post session. Its a simple app offering quick meditative experience but nothing really beyond that.
