This is a great tracking app! It's very simple - you set your goals and it tells you how many calories you need to consume to reach your goals. It also gives guides as to how to split up the amount of fats, carbs, and protein you require. There's a large database of food/drink items and you also the ability to scan an item in or manually enter an item if it's not in the database. Definitely helps to keep me honest and on target.
