This is a great tracking app! It's very simple - you set your goals and it tells you how many calories you need to consume to reach your goals. It also gives guides as to how to split up the amount of fats, carbs, and protein you require. There's a large database of food/drink items and you also the ability to scan an item in or manually enter an item if it's not in the database. Definitely helps to keep me honest and on target.

I love this app...it's a really helpful calorie count tool in which you can register everything you eat, showing how many calories you need to lose or gain weight, how many calories you can eat in each meal, how many cups of water you should drink every day, and how many calories are in each kind of food. You can also register your weight and measures. The app encourages you to eat healthy and do more exercise, which you gain “points” for.

Lose it is a good app where you can calorie count and set a weight loss goal. I like how you can enter any food you ate that day - and it tells you how many calories it has. The friend section is good too, so you can encourage each other while losing weight and make it more fun while doing so. Great way to keep up with how many calories you are eating a day.
