Most of the things coming on the horizon are new methodologies in destroying the obstructive tissue in the prostate for BPH. Currently we’ve gone through cycles where we’ve used heat. We’ve used electricity, it’s popular to literally try and open up the canal by using the Urolift procedure, rather than remove the tissue to basically open up the tissue. So most of the innovations are going to be destroying tissue or opening up tissue in a manner that is less invasive with fewer side effects for the patient.
