So you’ve got a diagnosis of colon cancer. The first question you have is, what is colon cancer? Well, colon cancer is a collection of abnormal cells that grow out of control in the lining of your colon, or your digestive tract. There are lots of types of colon cancer that you can have, but the most common is something known as adenocarcinoma.
