Bifidobacterium is most commonly present in fermented dairy products. Now bifidobacterium also has several health benefits. It has shown to be helpful in irritable bowel syndrome, and it also helps in supporting your immunity. The third kind of probiotic type is what they call Saccharomyces boulardii. The Saccharomyces boulardii is a friendly yeast probiotic, which is useful for several health benefits. Saccharomyces boulardii helps out in fighting off the candida infection. It also helps with diarrhea and also helps in digestive problems. So as you see, these are the three types of main probiotic that we can use in our body.
