Simple Burn – Occurrence

Simple burns are fairly common and can be sometimes be referred to as a superficial burn. These can happen at any time to anybody, regardless of age, race, or gender. It can happen at home if you turn on the water for a shower way too hot, you accidentally touch a hot burner, or if you grab that cup of coffee from the barista before it had the chance to cool. Perhaps you even spilled that hot cup of coffee on your leg. Say you went hiking and didn’t realize you needed to apply sunscreen, just like at the beach, and got a sunburn. That’s another simple burn right there.
