Those are important because you can take therapies that are not cytotoxic chemotherapy, nor immune therapy, and use that agent first and usually get a very good response where people gain a lot of weight and feel great. Eventually the tumor does start to progress on that therapy, and then you can employ your additional options of cytotoxic chemotherapy and immune therapy.
