So tinnitus can affect any age population. We do know that it is more prevalent in older adults and is also more common in males versus females. Also, if you’ve had any noise exposure, particularly if you worked in a noisy environment or maybe had hobbies such as hunting or any other loud noise exposure that would make you more apt to have or experienced tinnitus.
